About

Karolina is a Chartered Construction Project Manager specialising in high quality residential refurbishments for Private Clients. Karolina prides herself on being highly relatable, having an exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects.

Prior to a career in construction Karolina worked in language and marketing project management (speaking three languages herself). She decided to follow her passion for built environment and apply her project management skills in the construction industry in 2016. Karolina has consistently demonstrated her abilities as a highly effective project manager having worked on a wide and complex range of projects of between £2mln and £35mln in construction value.

Karolina has also achieved membership of the Chartered Institute of Building, RICS Certification in Construction Project Management and PRINCE2 Certification.

What sets her apart from other client-side project managers is her attention to detail, dedication and ability to drive teams to collaborate, whilst recognising the bigger picture that incorporates client's aspirations, budget, timeline requirements.

Outside of work Karolina is a proud mother, wife and enjoys cycling and speciality coffee.
